FRIENDLY AND OPEN MANNER!! What an enjoyable experience Terri and I had yesterday, ordering our XC60 for pick up in September! We especially enjoyed the "family" feeling and warmth of everybody that we met at Jim Fisher Volvo. We met some of the staff during our shopping and test-drive on Saturday. Everybody, from Ruth Fisher, was useful and knowledgeable (even if there was a question about the Trailer Stability Assist system). Henry (I hope you do not mind me calling you by your initial name), you are a really warm and personable man. We had been impressed with your friendly and open manner. At no time did we feel pressured either by time or to make a purchase. You shared your self with us, as I hope we did with you. The a lot of years of sales experience have undoubtedly made you a professional. You've really a route mapped out within the Portland hills to demonstrate the Volvo.

We have purchased several cars from Jim Fisher Volvo throughout the years and there is great reason why we do not go to other Volvo Dealers. We have found that the people at Jim Fisher are the greatest... never pushy, usually honest and helpful. Hugh (sales rep.) has worked with us in the last couple of years and is the greatest to work with. The service department does an excellent job and is fairly fair nevertheless they could be pushy.
